We bought a burrow, loveseat, and chair from them a little over a year ago. We loved them, they came pretty fast and they looked expert and was the color I wanted. A bit agone I was sitting on my Charleston chair and something in the chair support just snapped. I was sitting normally, I sat downwards gently and I'thou not obese, and information technology just snapped and fifty-fifty though nosotros accept a protection on it and it wasn't used wrongly they refuse to fix it, saying it was non an accident it happened during normal use and therefore information technology's not covered. I would've NEVER bought the chair if I knew a bit past a twelvemonth information technology would break and they wouldn't fix it. Practise Not RECOMMEND Ownership FROM THEM. Full scam, get longer lasting piece of furniture somewhere else where they have proficient protection plans. I'm so upset and disappointed. What crappy made furniture.

Ordered online because I was sick with COVID. Large mistake. It's my first time ownership from Bob's and the customer service is horrible. The quality of the article of furniture is mediocre at best. I honestly had a better gamble of getting practiced furniture through Amazon. This sofa came in then many pieces and the instructions were horrible. I called to encounter if they could include the installation with the other furniture that will be delivered tomorrow and they refused even though I paid over $125 to put together a single bed. I regret purchasing from them and definitely will not exist purchasing from them once again. I can't believe I purchased 3 pieces of furniture from them.

I've lived in my home for 30 years and not once accept I seen a mouse. The same twenty-four hour period equally my sofa/ottoman delivery, I have 1 possibly 2 mice. I talked to Bob's Client Intendance Service and was told they will not accept responsibility for my rodent problem. She said that their trucks and products are fully inspected daily and they have never had this issue reported before. She said it is only a coincidence. No, information technology's not, my neighborhood is polluted with devious cats. I spent more than $3000 in that location this twelvemonth. Never Always AGAIN will I purchase anything from "Bob's Discount I Don't Care Nigh The Customer After The Purchase" Furniture. Please practise not walk in their stores but if you DO RUN BACK OUT!

We purchase one textile sofa gear up, it's look so good when we're ownership. In 4/five months sofa tears, color off, cloth quality is poor. It'south await disgusting. Nosotros actually doesn't similar anything from there. (Quality is actually poor).

Bob'due south customer service center gave me a customer accommodation and store location refuses to honor it!!! Due to the awful customer, the store is insisting it's a gift card Even THOUGH Information technology IS PRINTED Client ACCOMMODATION I am fed of. I want to pay my balance and they are making it hard forcing me to purchase something else with my accommodation!!! Later on what they have put me through I never desire to buy from Bob's e'er again!!! Listen you I left a message for CEO Neb Barton. I am a paying customer that paid for my product why am dealing with any issues. I don't understand this!!!!

Bought some furniture about 5 months agone and was told that the chairs would be delivered within a month around 10-mas fourth dimension. We were told a calendar week before Ten-mas that they had messed-upwards with club so it will be delivered after ii month. Finally, got them in Feb. simply the chairs' legs were bad. Repair guy came and we noticed that i of the chair had bad frame. And then made a request for replacement and it been 5 weeks merely no luck. Their client service is horrible too their products. I will NEVER buy anything with them once more.

The absolute worst experience I've ever encountered. Ordered a bunk bed to be delivered on January 14 from the FARMINGDALE location, It was delivered damaged. The delivery guys who built the bed took pics, informed me of damage and said they will contact bobs and send them pictures of the impairment. They stated that Bob's volition be in touch with me to evangelize the new pieces to supersede the broken piece. 1 week later, never received a call and afterwards speaking to the incompetent customer service person on the phone realized Bob'southward was never notified and so I had to explain to them the situation. They gave me a new date for Friday February 4th. Sent me an e-mail confirmation with the pieces that would exist delivered along with a text message.

February 4th comes. I become multiple emails and texts proverb Bob'south is on the mode with a time block of 10-12. Some guy shows up around 2PM, two hours past the time in a pickup truck, knocks on the door. And tells me he'due south here to to "look" at my bed. I explained to h that someone had already looked at the bed and I had confirmation of the pieces coming. He calls Bob's with no knowledge of this and no 1 knows anything. They then continue to tell me they need to schedule a new appointment sometime in Apr to bring the pieces needed. I call corporate, I explain to them their incompetence and she assures me she'll take care of information technology, schedules me for March 1st instead of April and tells me that the pieces I need will be delivered and installed and throws in a $200 Bob'due south gift card that I didn't want nor have I received.

Fast forrard to March 1st. Deliver guys come with a big truck and pieces, come up in my home and stare at my bed and say "we don't have this slice" and "if nosotros have apart the bed and put it back together information technology'll ruin the integrity of the bed". I telephone call however again, get a agglomeration of bare apologizes and they promise me once again that this function volition be delivered in 2 weeks. They besides claimed that the men who delivered are not allowed to tell me that the integrity of the bed is now weakened because they don't piece of work for Bob'south, they just deliver. So far that's three days off of piece of work I've had to take with no resolution and on March 12th, when the adjacent delivery is supposedly coming, that will be 4 days I'm at present missing.

I paid almost a $2000 for Bob's top of the line mattress and it didn't last 5 years. They refused to replace it because they said it was normal wear. I wake up every morning with dorsum pain. DO Non Purchase A MATTRESS FROM BOB'S! STAY Abroad!

This whole experience with Bob's has been awful. We waited 3 months for a bed for my ix year one-time son. My beau and I carve up the payments on our cards to practise a new room makeover for him. He was very excited. I took off piece of work Tuesday for the special makeover as my son anxiously waited to go out of school and come across his new room. Nosotros threw his one-time bed out. All for the bed to come that was chipped and painted over like we wouldn't notice. The delivery man said he wouldn't ever accept a bed in such status. They called client service who was rude as can be maxim "she can't call me" when I asked who I can speak to to rectify this. She scheduled us for Saturday delivery even though I expressed how my son would have nowhere to slumber all week during the school week until the remainder of the bed arrives. I got customer intendance's number from her who and then scheduled us for Wednesday delivery instead of Sabbatum.

They offered $75 gift card which was a insult, considering honestly I have no involvement in e'er spending another dollar here. Well after I expressed that they offered $100 back on my card. Fine. Well today is Wednesday and 2 trucks get here with four men, with two headboards and 2 footboards. No slats or trundle. And so this is a nightmare once more. I lost another 24-hour interval at work and I have to tell my son his bed still didn't come and I'll be sleeping on the floor all week until nosotros tin get another bed. I call client service and spoke to a Janice D. who claimed to be a supervisor simply some other agent said she'south not, she is also just a agent, she put me on hold on and off for 1hr and 15 minutes. She sent me to the Fairlawn store I purchased information technology from because she tin can't refund my card entirely, because we had a split payment. The worst customer service I've always experienced in my life. And I will permit every social media, Google reviews, and a store review know how awful this was. Imagine being 9 years old getting let downward similar this and not having a bed at all for some other few weeks until I can buy another one because I can't even become a refund until it is picked up a calendar week from now, and not even a full refund because that carte is no longer a working card. This has been the worst shopping experience I've ever dealt with. And to make things worse my boyfriend or I will exist sleeping on the flooring until then, and notwithstanding not one person at Bob'southward cares at all.

Under no circumstance would I ever recommend purchasing a sectional burrow from Bob's. The article of furniture looks decent on the showroom simply is in fact cheap garbage manufactured overseas that volition wear very badly in a curt period of time. This must exist why Bob'south only offers a pathetic 1 twelvemonth manufacturer's warranty. My sectional has been cared for merely looks terrible after less than ii years. Employees at the exhibit (one of whom was a manager) told me to file a fraudulent "goof proof" claim stating that the article of clothing was a i-fourth dimension accident. I live an ethical life and would never practice that so I was then advised to file a claim through customer service to encounter if at that place was anything that could be washed. Customer "service" took over a week to conclude that the 1 yr warranty expired and completely ignored the issue of their employees advising fraudulent actions. I can only assume this is typical Bob's shady business practices.

I may replace the exclusive pieces that have worn terribly but am unsure equally prices have significantly increased (100% in one case). Because this crap is manufactured overseas, the consumer is now burdened with covering the higher logistics costs for the same pre-pandemic low-quality junk. My advice is to run quickly from Bob's and head to a meliorate "non-discount" store that operates in an ethical manner to get what you pay for. As Ben Franklin in one case stated, "The bitterness of poor quality remains long later the sweetness of low toll is forgotten."
